LOW MOUNTAIN ROUTES
They are easy, slightly uphill routes, following a path that always goes through the bottom of the valley. Therefore, they are ideal for everyone. Special mention must be made of the thematic routes that can be chosen, such as the transhumance, the livestock, the flora, the fauna and the vegetation, the wood, the iron, the mountain huts situated at the bottom of the valleys and the milking sheds of the valleys of the Principality. The trip never lasts more than 4 hours. You can also visit the Sorteny Valley natural park, the future natural park of the Coma Pedrosa valley and the Madriu valley, declared a World Heritage site, to discover the unique flora, fauna and vegetation of these valleys. The trip lasts about 3 hours.
MID MOUNTAIN ROUTES
Easy and medium level trips with an incline of about 400 metres that give access to the lakes of the Principality (Estanyó, Cabana Sorda, Les Truites, Juglar, Pessons, Font d’Argent, etc.), as well as showing the flora and fauna of these valleys. The trips last for 4 hours.
HIGH MOUNTAIN ROUTES
Medium and high level trips with inclines of between 400 and 1,500 metres. It must be highlighted that these trips include going up all the peaks of the mountain and crossing the valleys of the Principality (Coma Pedrosa, Estanyó, Serrera, etc.) which allow us to discover glacial cirques and lakes, as well as the flora and fauna of the valleys. The trips last between 6 and 8 hours.
